I found a bug. Where do I report it?
Email support@tactova.com with the subject line 'Bug report'. Include your ASIN, marketplace, and a description of what you expected vs what happened.
Can I request a refund?
Subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not consumed more than 5 credits. After that, the credits policy in our Terms of Service applies.
Do you offer agency or team plans?
Yes. Our Scale plan includes team seats. For custom arrangements with more than 5 users or API access, email partnerships@tactova.com.
